TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- Theresa Flury said it is the right time for her to resign as the CEO and president of the Boys & Girls Club of the Big Bend.
The organization is going through some major transition including a partnership with the Leon County Schools. The local chapter of the boys and girls club announced the partnership with the school district in late January, read the details here.
Flury has been with the boys and girls club since 2010. She decided to join the group because, “As a former public defender, I know that the vast majority of my clients would never have needed my help if only there had been someone who was there for them when they were younger.”
