TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Homelessness effects people of all ages and in 2014 alone, Capital City Youth Services helped over 12,000 teens dealing with homelessness, right in our backyard.
The committed individuals from the Going Places Street Outreach Program are working to make sure that young people in Tallahassee have everything they need this holiday season, regardless of their circumstances.
During the month of December, Going Places is collecting food and clothing donations at Athena's Garden in Tallahassee.
It's to make sure the most vulnerable youth in Tallahassee have a safer, more comfortable holiday season.
Athena's Garden is located on Industrial Drive in Tallahassee.
