VALDOSTA, Ga. (WTXL) — Authorities have charged a Valdosta man for his part in three separate armed robberies at local restaurants.
According to the Valdosta Police Department, the robberies took place during the first 10 days of December, across three restaurants in the city:
- Firehouse Subs at 2525 N Ashley St.
- Cup Works at 3960 Macey Dr.
- Pizza Quick at 4165 Bemiss Rd.
VPD identified the suspect of the armed robberies as 42-year-old Carlos Mosley of Valdosta.
Through an investigation and the analysis of evidence collected, detectives were able to connect the three armed robberies, according to the release report by VPD.
Based on the evidence, VPD found probable cause to charge Mosley with three counts of felony armed robbery and three counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Mosley was arrested on Dec. 11.
The investigation into the incidents is ongoing, according to police, and more charges are pending against Mosely.
