Florida Uber driver accused of molesting 15-year-old girl

BAKER COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) — A 69-year-old man is facing a felony charge after deputies arrested him for allegedly molesting a 15-year-old girl.

Deputies responded to a residence in Macclenny after a 15-year-old girl reported that she was fondled by her Uber driver.

According to the victim, she met the Uber driver, Ingo Krieg, on a previous date when she had requested a ride through the app.

The victim said the two exchanged telephone numbers at that point.

According to the Baker County Sheriff's Office, the victim requested Krieg give her a ride from her home in Jacksonville to her boyfriend’s home in Baker County on Feb. 25.

The Uber app was not used on that occasion.

BCSO said on Tuesday, Krieg picked up the teenage girl again and began to grope her genital area in his vehicle.

The victim also claimed Krieg made vulgar statements and offered to exchange the ride for sexual favors, as stated in the arrest report

Aside from the fondling & his numerous vulgar statements, the victim claimed that Krieg also offered to exchange the ride for sexual favors.

The victim was able to capture some of the molestation with her cell phone's camera.

When questioned by deputies, the 69-year-old admitted to molesting the 15-year-old while driving in Baker County.

Krieg was arrested and charged with a second degree felony of lewd or lascivious molestation on a victim 12- to 16-years-old.
