TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — The National Hurricane Center announced Tuesday evening that Tropical Depression 11 has formed and could be near or north of the Leeward Islands by this weekend, gradually strengthening.
It currently has winds of approximately 35 mph, traveling westward.
It could become Tropical Storm Josephine.
