TALLAHASSEE, Fla.(WTXL) — The Tallahassee Police Department has arrested a suspect who shot two victims following an altercation on Holmes Street last month.
Police say the shooting happened on Aug. 14 in the 2000 block of Holmes Street.
Investigators determined that the shooting followed a dispute between the suspect and the two victims.
Based on the investigation, 27-year-old Eric Nealy was identified as the shooter.
With the assistance of the U.S. Marshal's Service Task Force, Nealy was arrested and transported to the Leon County Detention Facility.
He is being charged with two counts of attempted homicide.
At this time, the shooting is still being investigated.
