TALLAHASSEE, Fla.(WTXL) — The Tallahassee Police Department’s Special Victims Unit is seeking information on the location of 40-year-old Narada Phelps.
Narada Phelps was last seen in the area of Steele Dr. on Monday.
He is 6’3”, 180lbs, with short curly hair and a trimmed beard
