TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — The Tallahassee Police Department says 20-year-old Rusty Flowers was found safe and sound.
The Tallahassee Police Department's Special Victims Unit is seeking information on the location of 20-year-old Rusty Flowers.
Police say the 20-year-old was last seen on Jan. 17 in the 1400 block of Lynn Lane in Tallahassee.
He was last seen wearing a white shirt and dark pants.
Flowers is 6' 2" and weighs 160 pounds.
