TALLAHASEE, FL — The Tallahassee Police Department needs your help locating a missing 15-year-old girl, Serenity Howard.
On Monday, they say she was last seen in the 2800 block of S. Adams Street, wearing black tights, a brown T-shirt, and black and brown tennis shoes.
