Nationwide search continues for missing Florida girl that may be headed to Tallahassee

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children are now asking for help locating 14-year-old Lay’Lannie Inge.

Inge was last seen on April 29 in Winter Haven.

According to authorities, she may be traveling to the Florida areas of Orlando, Tampa or Tallahassee.

Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to contact the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at 1-800-843-5678 (1-800-THE-LOST) or the Polk County Sheriff’s Office (Florida) at 1-863-298-6200.


The Tallahassee Police Department believes a missing 14-year-old girl from Winter Haven may be heading to Tallahassee.

Lay'lannie Inge was last seen on April 29. TPD says she used to stay in the Tallahassee area and they believe she may be trying to make her way back to the area.

Inge is 5-foot-1, weighs 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
