TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — The Tallahassee Police Department’s Juvenile Services Unit is looking for a missing 17-year-old boy.
Colin Harbin was last seen on Sept. 27 in the 1900 block of Gina Drive.
Harbin is approximately 6’01”, 165lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. It is unknown what Harbin was wearing.
