TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — The Tallahassee Police Department’s Special Victims Unit is looking for a missing 21-year-old man.
Mustafa Muhammad was last seen on Wednesday in the area of Fred George and Old Bainbridge Road.
Muhammad is a light skinned black man with a beard or goatee.
He is 6-foot-1 and weighs 180 pounds.
