TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — Three crashes on I-10 within a mile apart of each other are causing major traffic delays.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the first crash happened around 4:23 p.m. on I-10 Eastbound near mile marker 201. They say that the crash is not blocking the road.
The second crash happened near the same mile marker, just 20 minutes after the first.
As of 5:56 p.m., both crashes near mile marker 201 have been cleared.
Troopers are also responding to a third crash on I-10 Westbound near mile marker 200. They are reporting the crash as a hit-and-run, though they say the road is not being blocked by the crash.
At this time, it's unknown if any one has been injured in the crashes.
Due to the crashes and inclement weather, traffic appears to be backed up for at least a mile on I-10 Eastbound. To see our updated traffic map, click here.
