THOMASVILLE, Ga. (WTXL) — Dog owners in Thomasville have a new place to let their pets play.
The Thomasville Dog Park is now open near the Cherokee Park entrance on Covington Avenue.
The park features two fenced areas, including separate spaces for smaller and larger dogs.
City officials say more signs and amenities will be added in the coming weeks.
The park is open daily from sunrise to sunset.
