Thomasville Fire Rescue (TFR) is warning the Thomasville community about a text message scam.
TFR says the scam consists of a text message advertising Thomasville Fire Rescue hoodies for sale. The text message also includes a link to place an order, according to TFR.
TFR says the message is not an official message from them and encourages people to not respond nor place an order.
