TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — The Tallahassee Fire Department is investigating a structure fire that occurred on Colorado Street and caused $60,000 in damages.
According to TFD, the fire happened around 11:25 p.m. on Wednesday, in the 1400 block of Colorado Street.
Crews were able to quickly extinguish the flames and determine that no one was inside the structure.
Authorities on the scene said the home had visible flames showing from the roof of the structure.
TFD says one firefighter was treated on scene with minor injuries.
At this time, the cause of the fire is currently being investigated by investigators with the Tallahassee Fire Department.
