CRAWFORDVILLE, Fla. (WTXL) — The Tallahassee Community College Wakulla Center is hosting a Leap Now and Level Up to a new Career! College and Career Fair.
The event will be held Thursday from 1 – 4 p.m. at the Wakulla Center, 2932 Crawfordville Hwy, Crawfordville, FL 32327.
Since it is leap year, TCC officials say there is no better time than now to leap into a new career by gaining additional training or new employment.
Attendees taking the initial leap, will learn about earning their GED.
For people who are interested in taking the Learning to Earning Leap, representatives will be available to discuss career training in Manufacturing, Information Technology, Construction & Building Trades, Entrepreneurship, Healthcare and more.
Officials say the last leap will provide people with local employers information about current job openings and CareerSource Region will showcase hundreds of job positions to help take that final leap into a career.
