TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — A Tallahassee woman is out on bond after being arrested for pulling a gun on a victim in the parking lot of the Walmart on North Monroe Street.

On May 16, arrest documents say Erin McNeil and another woman got into an argument in the parking lot.

The victim told investigators that she was driving down an isle in the parking lot when she and McNeil got into a confrontation.

That's when documents say McNeil brandished a handgun and pointed it directly at the victim through her windshield, stating "I'm packing! I'll shoot you!" According to the victim, McNeil later motioned for the victim to come over the her car, but the victim instead grabbed her son and went into the Walmart to call 911.

Leon County deputies say the photos taken by a witness showed a handgun, matching the description given by the victim, sitting on the dashboard of McNeil's car.

When investigators reviewed surveillance video, they were unable to see what caused the initial interaction between the women but did show McNeil and another woman coming out exiting Walmart and walking out of view before the witness came into frame.

Based on the evidence, McNeil was arrested Tuesday and booked into the Leon County Detention Facility. She has since been freed on a $7,500 bond.
