TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — One Tallahassee resident is drawing a lot of attention for her good work.
Bethany Altenburg wrote and drew messages along a stretch of sidewalk outside her home using chalk.
Some of the messages are inspirational, while others give passersby a good laugh.
The X-Ray technician says her artwork is helping her make new friends in ways she never thought of before.
"We are meeting more people in the neighborhood than in the last 16 years that we have lived here," said Altenburg. "Because so many people are out walking and biking, I just wanted to do something fun for the neighborhood."
Altenburg says it takes her up to one hour to complete some of the drawings. She even created one for ABC 27!
