TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - — A man has been arrested in connection to an armed robbery attempt turned deadly at a Tallahassee Sunoco gas station earlier this month.
Tallahassee Police said it happened just after 2 p.m. on Oct. 3 at 1417 South Monroe Street. Officers said they found a dead man inside the store with a gunshot wound. Investigators said the person responsible was trying to rob the gas station.
Following a thorough investigation, police have developed probable cause to charge the suspect, 38-year-old Harold Harrison, with felony murder.
"The investigation is still ongoing as TPD works to bring justice for the victim," TPD wrote in a release sent Thursday.
