TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — The Tallahassee Police Department’s Juvenile Services Unit is searching for 14-year-old Cahmiya Torrence.
Torrence was last seen on Thursday, November 14 wearing a red coat with a fur line hood, black tights and a white Jordan backpack.
