TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — The Tallahassee Police Department is currently investigating a shooting in the 2500 block of Texas Street at Sunrise Apartments.
Officers were notified of the shooting on Friday night at approximately 11:50 p.m.
According to the report, when officers arrived they discovered one victim suffering from a gunshot wound.
The victim was transported to a local hospital with life threatening injuries.
At this time TPD's Violent Crimes Unit is interviewing all known witnesses and processing the scene.
