TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Tallahassee Police Department says they are officially canceling all criminal activity until further notice.
In a Facebook post TPD stated " While everyone is doing their part to maintain social distancing we are now asking criminals to do the same."
TPD made the announcement as a little humor during their nightly 9 p.m. routine post.
The 9 p.m. routine is a reminder for everyone to lock their car doors and remove valuables to prevent vehicle burglaries.
