TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — With the recent string of crime in Tallahassee, concerned citizens have the opportunity to voice their concerns to a panel of community leaders, including Mayor John Dailey.

The Tallahassee National Action Network is hosting a town hall so people can get updates on plans from the city and community leaders.

They'll also be able to add their input about which direction they want the city to go.

Mayor John Dailey will speak on the State of Tallahassee and answer questions from panelists that include several Tallahassee organizations.

"We're looking at trying to infuse all of the community organizations so they can be a part of what's forthcoming in Tallahassee. Looking at the CRA dollars that we have on the table as well," said Rev. Don Tolliver, Vice President Tallahassee Chapter of the National Action Network. "Be able to look at exactly, what it is that we're doing in Tallahassee. What's the next goal? What's the next big project? What's the next involvement that we have?"

If you're interested in attending it starts at 6:00 p.m. at the Bethel Family Life Center.

We'll have more on the town hall in your news at 11.
