TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — Tallahassee's Youth Advisory Council, or YAC, worked on a mural for nearly two weeks, to bring awareness to youth homelessness and bullying.

Kevin Priest the CEO of Capital City Youth Services, says they want the mural to invoke leadership, and spread a message of hope so that it would become more universal.

"We want them to pay attention to that issue in itself. What CCYS tries to help youth with, as well as their families, and I think the youth really were trying to take a role and approach towards this whole issue and bring some awareness to the whole problem," said Priest.

If you want to take a look at the mural you can find it at the Bicycle House on 458 FAMU Way.
