TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — The City of Tallahassee's Animal Service Center says their services will be limited during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Animal Service Center will still be providing adoption and reclamation of lost pets services during regular business hours.
Individuals with stray or owned animals to surrender must call 850-891-2955 or 850-891-2950 to make an appointment.
City Animal Control will be responding to all emergency calls and investigations of animal cruelty or abandonment and stray dogs.
The Center says they have not suspended adoptions at this time. However, voucher distribution and microchipping of personal pets has been suspended until further notice.
