TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — If you're looking for a last-minute Valentine's Day gift, why not check out the Sweetheart Festival.

Local artists selling drawings, jewelry to clothing will be at The Fuzzy Pineapple Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11 a.m. through 6 p.m.
But this festival isn't just about V-Day, but supporting local artists in this pandemic.

Nefetari Dennard, the owner of The Fuzzy Pineapple, says she remembers the first time she sold her crafts at a festival.

She wants to bring that joy to others.

"Somebody bought my stuff. I was like what they bought it for $7," said Dennard. "I remember that feeling so bringing that to other people...I feel like that's very important. I guess it's like watching kids open Christmas presents. It's that feeling."

The Fuzzy Pineapple just recently expanded its business to this building on South Adams Street.

Dennard says she plans on holding festivals at the building throughout the year.
