MADISON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) — Two Madison County men have been arrested after deputies connected them to a series of local thefts.
The Madison County Sheriff's Office had been receiving numerous complaints regarding the theft of utility trailers and zero turn mowers.
During an investigation, MCSO was able gather information about the identity of the suspects.
On Monday, the two men were arrested in connection to the thefts.
Deputies identified the suspects as Eric Powell and Marvin Edwards.
Powell is being charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of crime. Edwards is being charged with dealing stolen property.
MCSO says investigators will continue searching for additional suspects and work to recover the stolen property.
