TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — The Survive and Thrive Advocacy Center, or STAC, hosts monthly trainings around Tallahassee every third Friday of the month.

The trainings every month are focused on human trafficking with a special topic. This month's special topic focused on immigrants.

The speakers wanted to make sure that everyone knows what to do if they suspect labor or sex trafficking is happening.

Robin Thompson, executive director of STAC, says that if you suspect trafficking is happening and it is not a dangerous situation you can call STAC's hotline at 850-597-2080 or the national trafficking hotline at 1-888-3737-888.
