(WTXL) — Heavy rain is impacting the Big Bend and South Georgia area. Here's a list of flooding reports and storm damage reported by the National Weather Service:
VALDOSTA, Ga.
- Flash flood on U.S. 41 south in Lowndes County. Water is rushing over the roadway one mile south of Lake Park on U.S. 41.
- Flash flood closes down wisenbacker road south. Water is rushing over the roadway.
MADISON COUNTY, Fla.
- NE Gooseberry dirt Road reported to be washed out
- Flash flood reported, 6-8 inches of water across County Road 14. The flooding caused a vehicle crash.
- NE Captain Buie Road in Pinetta City is impassible due to flash flood.
- Old Blue Springs Road Near Cottonwood Impassible.
JEFFERSON COUNTY, Fla.
- Downed tree reported on U.S. 90
