TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - — A Florida State trooper is still recovering in the hospital after crashing into a utility pole.
Florida State Patrol said it happened around 7:45 Saturday night on Capital Circle and Southern Street. Authorities said the trooper approached the intersection, swerved and hit the pole.
He's been transported to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital with serious injuries. His name is not being released at this time. Authorities are still investigating.
