TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Last year, weather was a factor in Springtime, canceling the Jubilee.

Some vendors were upset about the cancellation especially the fact they did not get a refund.

According to Springtime Tallahassee all vendors signed a contract that they would not get refunded if the Jubilee was canceled.

That did not ease the frustration for some vendors who told WTXL that was the reason they did not return again this year.

However, some vendors are back and do not feel any grievance towards Springtime.

The money that we the vendors give to Springtime Tallahassee make it happen and that is a critical part of making our community event happen," said Gregory Cohen, Owner of Lofty Pursuits. "They have to spend money of the bands that didn't preform, they have to spend money on the equipment rental they didn't get to use. Their expenses don't disappear. its not like they can give me back the money. They spent it already."

There will be over 200 vendors Saturday at the Jubilee that kicks off at 9:00 a.m.
