The City of Bainbridge says a 'major sewer line' collapsed near the intersection of Shotwell and Lamar Street.
According to a post on the City's Facebook page, Shotwell Street has been closed in the area and traffic is being detoured.
It is expected that repairs will take all night and that the road won’t be re-opened until sometime early tomorrow morning.
Please avoid this area and plan to use an alternate route.
