TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Foodie's listen up. Sage is back open in Tallahassee after a fire in September caused the European-inspired restaurant to close down, leaving many hungry for more.
During the restoration process, the crew worked at their sister restaurant IL Lusso.
ABC 27 spoke to restaurant management and they tell us that they're excited to finally be back and running business as usual and can't wait to serve food lovers at their original location.
"It feels like we're back at home, we have been working at a sister restaurant just to get some hours on the clock and it was great and so happy for that opportunity but to be back here at our home it's good," said Cassidy Mcquerry, Restaurant Manager.
Owners are still making minor repairs, but say they wanted to open up ASAP for families just in time for the holidays.
