Rodney Atkins to headline Springtime Tallahassee Music Festival

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — ABC 27 is excited to announce that country star Rodney Atkins is the headliner for this year's Springtime Tallahassee Music Festival.

Join us for the free concert at Kleman Plaza on Friday, March 27 from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Atkins has received six nominations from the Academy of Country Music and two from the Country Music Association, winning Top New Male Vocalist from the former in 2006. He is best known for number 1 singles like "These Are My People" and "It's America."

The opening acts will feature Chandler, the captain of FSU's All Girl Cheerleading Team with her 2020 breakout single “Cowboy Hat (Explain That)," and Jimmie Allen, who's well known to country radio with hits like "Make Me Want To" and "Best Shot."
