(WTXL) — Thousands of people in South Georgia are currently without power, according to Georgia EMC.
According to their power outage map, more than 4,200 EMC customers are currently without power as of 2 p.m. Thursday.
Law enforcement and emergency management officials in the area have reported numerous downed trees and power lines due to the storms.
