MARIANNA, Fla. (WTXL) — Man facing multiple lewd and lascivious charges after police say he inappropriately exposed himself in the presence of minors.
Marianna police responded to Three Rivers Apartments in regards to a disturbance on Friday.
During their investigation, police found that 42-year-old Keith Jordan inappropriately exposed himself in the presence of three juveniles.
Police say the juveniles were all under the age of 16. After Jordan exposed himself, family members of the juveniles became angry and starting arguing with him.
Jordan was immediately arrested and transported to the Jackson County Correction Facility.
He being charged on three counts of lewd and lascivious acts in the presence of a minor under the age of 16.
