THOMASVILLE, Ga. (WTXL) — The Thomasville Police Department is looking for an armed and dangerous man involved in a shooting Wednesday night.
According to Thomasville Police, the shooting happened in the 800 block of Wright Street at about 9:00 p.m.
They said 21-year-old Demetrius Brooks shot the victim in the torso after a dispute between the two escalated. Officers did say Brooks and victim knew each other.
Thomasville Police are currently looking for Brooks and wants him to turn himself in.
He is wanted for aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
