TIFTON, Ga. (WTXL) — Police are investigating after a 20-year-old man was shot and killed on Father's Day evening in Tifton.
According to the Tifton Police Department, officers responded to a shooting at 1401 Newton Drive on Sunday afternoon.
When officers arrived on scene , they was discovered that 20-year-old Dajoun Custis was suffering from a gunshot wound.
Custis was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
At this time, detectives are actively investigating this case.
