LOWNDES COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) — The Lowndes County Engineering Department announced Thursday morning the immediate closure of Loch Laurel Road near its intersection with Corinth Church Road due to a broken high mast utility pole.
Loch Laurel Road will be closed the remainder of the day until crews are able to replace the broken pole and reestablish power to the area, the department said.
Residents are encouraged to stay clear of this location and motorists should use caution when in the area.
