LIBERTY COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) — The Liberty County Sheriff's Office is responding to multiple reports of flooded roads throughout the entire county.

Authorities say they anticipate this problem to become "dramatically worse as the day continues."

Residents are encouraged to limit all not essential travel until Hurricane Sally has passed.

Travel conditions are extremely dangerous at this time, and are not expected to improve today.

The following areas are closed due to flooding:

  • County Road 12 between the Bristol Auto Parts and LCHS.
  • Flooding across County Road 379 in the Alligator Community.
