JEFFERSON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) — Troopers say three people were injured during a late night Fourth of July crash in Jefferson County.

According to Florida Highway and Patrol, the accident happened on US Highway 90 at 10 p.m. on Thursday.

FHP says a Toyota Camry was driving eastbound on US 90, when the driver crossed left of the center lane and crashed head on with a Nissan Maxima who was driving westbound on US 90.

Kayosha Roberson, 26, and Tamarra Mchenry, 23, both of Madison County were transported to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital suffering from serious injures.

Mami Fead, 34, of Greenville sustained minor injuries during the crash.
