TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — A motorcyclist has died as a result of their injuries in an accident near the intersection of East Orange Avenue and South Adams Street on Tuesday.
The Tallahassee Police Department is investigating the accident involving a vehicle and motorcycle.
The motorcyclist was taken to a local hospital with critical injuries on Tuesday.
The accident caused all north and south bound lanes on South Adams Street, and east and west bound lanes of East Orange Avenue to be closed.
TPD is asking anyone who may have witnessed the crash, but did not speak with an officer on scene, or anyone with information about the accident to please call (850) 891-4200 and ask to speak with the Traffic Homicide Unit. They may also remain anonymous by calling Crime Stoppers at (850) 574-TIPS.
