TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — All eyes are on the Tallahassee Ethics Board.

The Ethics Board held a meeting Tuesday, where people talked about their concerns with Ethics Officer Julie Meadows- Keefe.

Some even called for Keefe's resignation.

Catherine Baer says this is a major issue for the people of Tallahassee.

"If the ethics board cannot police their own ethics officer, what makes us think they can police the people under their jurisdiction with the ethics code they've got in," said Baer.

Ethics officer Meadows-Keefe has already announced plans to step down in March of 2020.

Meadows-Keefe says in a statement, she feels that it’s the right thing for her to do.
