MARIANNA, Fla. (WTXL) — Marianna High School was been placed on a precautionary lockdown after a student was overheard making a statement about a gun.
The Jackson County School District says the student has been detained and a search was conducted on Wednesday.
Officials say the students were safe during the incident and no injuries were reported.
