Fugitive who sparked manhunt in Taylor County now in custody

TAYLOR COUNTY, Fla. — A fugitive in Taylor County fleeing on foot is now in custody.

The Taylor County Sheriff's Office, assisted by the Florida Department of Corrections K9, were tracking James Cruce, 32, who was fleeing on foot in the area of Millinor and McClellan Road on Wednesday.

Cruce has warrants out of Leon County for grand theft of motor vehicle and habitual traffic offender.
