Man wanted in connection to Thomasville shooting

THOMASVILLE, Ga. (WTXL) — The Thomasville Police Department is searching for a man wanted in connection to a shooting over the weekend.

Police are looking for 23-year-old Antavius Markeze Ford, who is also known as "Pooh" or "Unc."

They say he is wanted in connection to a shooting on Sunday.

He is described as being 5-foot-4 inches tall, around 145 pounds with long, black dreadlocks and brown eyes. According to police, his last known address was in the 100 block of Cherry Street,

He is facing charges for aggravated assault, possession of firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, cruelty to an elder person or disabled adult.
