JACKSON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) — Jackson County deputies say a man is finally behind bars after being wanted for multiple lewd and lascivious charges.
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office and the United States Marshal’s Service Florida Caribbean Regional Fugitive Task Force conducted surveillance on a Marianna home on Thursday.
Deputies were searching for David Lee Kirkland,32, who had three active lewd and lascivious arrest warrants.
They say Kirkland’s warrants had been submitted and adopted by the United States Marshal’s Service.
During the investigation, Kirkland was located at a residence on Riverbend Road.
Kirkland was immediately arrested and transported to the Jackson County Correctional Facility.
He is facing multiple charges including lewd and lascivious molestation, conduct and exhibition.
