LIBERTY COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) — The Liberty County Sheriff's Office arrested a man for a drug offense and probation violation after they saw him riding a bicycle after dark without the required lights and reflectors.
Deputies made a traffic stop on Lorne Nicholas Cain on February 14 in the Neal Subdivision community, the sheriff said in a Facebook post.
In the backpack Cain was wearing, deputies said they found a glass pipe commonly used to smoke methamphetamine.
A test of residue located in the pipe tested positive as methamphetamine.
A records check revealed Cain was on state probation for two previous drug offenses.
Cain was arrested and booked into the Liberty County Jail for possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation.
