Man arrested for maintaining drug house in Leon County

LEON COUNTY, Fla. — Leon County Sheriff's Office 'No Tricks or Treats' operation resulted in a man being arrested for maintaining a drug house in Leon County.

Christopher Williams, 37, was arrested by the Leon County Sheriff's Office.

On Thursday, members of the Leon County Sheriff’s Office Vice/Narcotics Unit conducted a search warrant on Windy Pine Way in reference to on-going drug sales.

Williams, the target of the investigation, was found inside the home.

A search of the home resulted in more than 28 grams of cocaine, 16 grams of Alpha PVP, cash, baggies, and a digital scale being found.

Williams, who was out on bond for multiple prior drug offenses, was arrested and booked into the Leon County Detention Facility.

He's facing charges of:

  • Synth Narcotic-Sell within 1000ft of Place of Worship or School
  • Maintaining a Drug House
  • Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon
  • Possession of 3,4- MDMA
  • Possession of Hydrocodone
  • Possession of Oxycodone
  • Possession of Paraphernalia
  • Trafficking in Phenethylamines
